Huawei claims not only concerned with the photography sector in the Mate 30 Pro cellphone camera, but also the videography sector. In fact, Huawei dares to claim the Mate 30 Pro camera can be used to make short films. “With Mate 30 Pro now everyone can produce quality short films with dramatic effects, only by using mobile phones,”
Deputy Country Director of Huawei Device Indonesia, Lo Khing Seng, said Thursday (05/03/2020), at a media meeting in Jakarta. So, what features does Huawei Mate 30 Pro have, which makes it a smartphone worthy of making short films?
Huawei Mate 30 Pro carries a 40 megapixel (f / 1.6, 27mm) main camera with Super Sensing optical image stabilizer (OIS) feature, complete with the latest generation of slow motion features. This phone can also record video with 4K resolution, which is enough to display on the cinema screen.
The multi-lens feature embedded in the Mate 30 Pro cellphone is claimed to produce clearer images. In addition, Huawei also equip this flagship phone with the latest generation of slow motion features. “Mate 30 Pro has an Ultra Slow Motion feature that supports 7680 frames per second which is superior to other competitors who still carry 960 frames per second,” Lo Khing Seng said.
With that technology, Huawei Mate 30 Pro is claimed to be able to record slower motion videos that are smoother. Mate 30 Pro also has an AI (Artificial Intelligence) feature that can produce a bokeh effect that is more focused.
In addition to features, the dimensions of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro cellphone are smaller than those of film cameras in general, also making it more flexible. This phone can be used by movie makers or vloggers to create short films or just plain videos.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro cellphone was launched in December 2019 in Indonesia. This phone also got a high score in the DxOMark camera test version, which is 121 points, rivaling the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G which previously held this record with a score of 117 points.
